NYE DINNER – TERMS & CONDITIONS
a. No cancellations of bookings or refunds are accepted after confirmation of booking. Should the 
Client be unable to attend for any reason other than a declared state of emergency or a full 
lockdown from the authorities, the Client agrees to forfeit all deposits paid by the Client as preliquidated damages, and such deposit shall in no circumstances be refunded by the Company 
to the Client. 
b. In the event of a cancellation because of a declared state of emergency by the government of 
Malta (force majeure) that do not permit the event to be held, the Event will not be rescheduled. 
All deposits that were due at the time of postponement must be paid in full and up to date.
c. The event is restricted to adults and children above 12. The Company reserves the right to 
deny entrance to persons younger than 12 years old, without refunding any deposits paid. 
d. According to current regulations, events are restricted to vaccinated people only. Vaccinated 
certificate will be required at the entrance, and its responsibility of the Client to have this 
document. Failure to present a valid vaccination certificate in the day of the event will result 
denied entrance without any refund of deposits paid.
e. The organizer reserves the right to refuse the entrance to guests not bearing a valid vaccination 
certificate or guests showing obvious symptoms of Covid-19. A temperature check is mandatory 
in the entrance of the venue.
f. For every booking well be required Name, Surname, Phone number and Id number of every 
guest in advance of the event to be sent at francisca@hammetts.com.mt. In subject, please 
reference NYE HMZ + Name of reservation

Christmas Lunch

a.	A deposit of 30 euros pp will be required for the booking.
b.	The total price per person for the set menu is 75 euros.
c.	No cancellations of bookings or refunds are accepted after confirmation of booking, with exception of Covid-19, official documentation will be required to place the refund in this scenario. Should the Client be unable to attend for any reason other than a declared state of emergency, full lockdown from the authorities or Covid-19, the Client agrees to forfeit all deposits paid by the Client as pre-liquidated damages, and such deposit shall in no circumstances be refunded by the Company to the Client. 
d.	In the event of a cancellation because of a declared state of emergency by the government of Malta (force majeure) that do not permit the event to be held, the Event will not be rescheduled. All deposits that were due at the time of postponement must be paid in full and up to date.

Table reservations 
Your reservation is carried out in real-time. After making a reservation, you instantly receive a confirmation e-mail and SMS. Reservations will generate the number that is required to cancel the reservation online. Tables are selected automatically according to the availability. We cannot guarantee a particular table. If you want particular table contact with the restaurant.

Please note that kids under the age of 12 are welcome in the restaurant only at breakfast and lunch time.

Booking cancellation
